Diplomate, American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery

A fellow physician introduced Dr. Robert Niedbalski to surgical hair restoration more than 18 years ago. "I loved the opportunity and challenges hair transplantation offered," he said. "It was a wonderful way to combine my technical skills and creativity in the practice of medicine."
Dr. Niedbalski's own surgical and artistic skills have evolved with the field. With a 16-year background as a primary care physician, he has a special perspective on patient care. "My experience has helped me considerably in my interaction with patients," he said. "Many people are nervous about having hair transplant surgery. I pride myself in being able to address concerns with each patient on an individual level. Finding out exactly what the patient wants to achieve with surgical hair restoration is a key element of designing an individualized treatment plan."
Dr. Niedbalski found in Medical Hair Restoration the environment that would allow him to exclusively concentrate on hair transplant surgery. It would also provide him a situation in which he could contribute and learn. "I was drawn to MHR by the opportunity to work with and learn from leaders in the field of surgical hair restoration," said Dr. Niedbalski. "As a surgeon with MHR, I enjoy the support of a well-established business, allowing me to focus on the science and art of hair restoration. Dr. Leavitt and the medical team at MHR provide a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to draw."
With the techniques and expertise utilized by MHR physicians in surgical hair restoration, a completely natural and undetectable result is the standard. "Most people are surprised at the ease of this procedure," said Dr. Niedbalski. "There is very little pain or risk. In addition, since it is a permanent solution for hair loss, hair transplantation is also one of the least expensive choices for hair restoration over a lifetime."
Dr. Niedbalski enjoys designing a hair restoration plan with a patient and then making it happen." The anticipation, the surgery, the follow-up visits, the waiting and, finally, the inevitable smile when I see them eight to nine months later with their full result...that is incredibly satisfying," he said.
In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Niedbalski enjoys the wide variety of outdoor activities available in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Lynn and children, Nick and Dayna.
